Fees

Our fees are inclusive of all the necessary tasks mentioned in the 'stages of the process' section below, that must be performed to complete the purchase of your new home. These tasks comprise registering the property at the Land Registry and managing the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (for properties in England) or Land Transaction Tax (for properties in Wales). The fixed fees are determined based on the value or price of the property.

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs related to your legal matter that are payable to third parties, such as search fees. To make the process smoother, we handle the payment of these disbursements on your behalf. The lease relating to the Property will set out certain disbursements. However, the list of disbursements we anticipate may not be exhaustive, and other disbursements may apply depending on the term of the lease or where it is situated.
